I've been with Mission Fed for 13 years now and I love them, but I'm very annoyed with the mortgage side. The last 2+ years they've been sending notices to the wrong address and I keep trying to correct it, but they still keep sending to the wrong address. It's about my insurance. This year I decide to be proactive and update my insurance even though I haven't received the notice, but without the notice, I don't have a reference ID. I go through the steps to update and there's enough information to update my account. They are now charging me for forced hazard insurance even though I've already sent them the documents. I'm so annoyed. They used to be good, but not so much anymore.
