Honestly won't recommend to know one this mortgage Investors group , We are first home buyers and after we suppostly got pre-approved and telling Lane Gonzales, everything that we had and didn't have since day one , always saying to us we got Este. 3 days before closing date he started to ask for things that since the beginning we always told him we didn't have, making us spend money, well giving free money away for nothing, never giving us a good orientation and explaining everything to us. You want real professional people go to Fountain City Mortgage. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend meeting one of this group of mortgage investors. We are first time homebuyers and after we supposedly got pre-approved and told Lane Gonzales, everything we had and didn't have from day one, always telling us everything is fine. 3 days before the closing date, he began to ask for things that from the beginning we always told him we didn't have, making us spend money, rather giving the money away, never guiding us well and explaining everything to us. If you really want a professional go to Fountain City Mortgage.
