      Debbie Hill, at MIG, was referred to us by our investment broker but, we thought we knew best, and went with another mortgage company. It was a disaster, in that we lost the contract on our dream cabin, twice. By the time we wised up and listened, we had lost a lot of money, and wasted over 2 months, because of the first mortgage company. The "happily ever-after" ending to our story is, Debbie Hill and MIG. With MIG, we closed on our dream cabin, start to finish, in less than 2 weeks, with $5000.00 less of a down payment, and 1% less interest rate. So..... learn from our mistake. MIG is an excellent company and great to work with! We will be calling them to handle the mortgage on another cabin soon. Thank You so much MIG!
