We started our application on May 4th,2022. With Caleb Lutsch not thinking it would happen because my credit score was 536, Caleb asked to give his team a chance to get us approved! So we did just that. Still not believing that being approved and even on the June 7th,2022 closing date. We are now homeowners! Caleb and his team are awesome at what they do for Veterans. Great work in a short time! It may have taken a little bit longer if I was still working a job because there was a lot of things that I had to do on my end of the mortgage loan paper work. But it was awesome and reality is just now settling in! Lol again Caleb Lutsch and his team are great to work with! Mortgage Solutions Financial is the best!
