  So thankful for Dustin and Motto Mortgage. Not only was he professional but he went above and beyond to communicate, with me and plan ahead for the next steps in the mortgage process. Dustin was always available via text or email even after hours to answer my questions. I have referred him my friends/ clients because I know they will be well taken care of. His drive and passion for others and his work, is felt and appreciated. So thankful for my new home, and this smooth process!

  If you ever decide to refinance your home during the start of a global pandemic/economic collapse (or anytime really), your search for a lender ends here. Tanya and Lacey helped us make informed decisions throughout the process, kept us in the loop while the market fluctuated day to day, and were always willing and able to answer our questions. Even when we had hiccups with the closing company and mobile notary at the eleventh hour, they were there to straighten it all out and help us close. 5 stars are not enough for DeFalco/Romack.

  I would absolutely recommend this amazing team to everyone. As first time home buyers the process can seem a little scary and overwhelming; but the DeFalco/Romack Team made the process a walk in the park. Walking into their office we had no idea what to expect or what the process consisted of. We spoke about goals and dreams for our future home and set up a plan of attack to reach these goals. In a matter of months we found a home, completed all paperwork and documents and moved into our new home . Through out the whole process the DeFalco/Romack Team were a phone call or email away to answer any and all questions we had. We have been in our new home for 6 months now and as questions still arise or documents come in that are unclear the team is still right by our side answering all questions we have. I can’t thank them enough for helping us accomplish our dreams of owning our first home!
