Their coin machine was down so they paid for me to go to a coinstar machine. Best bank ever!! Also my ATM card got sucked back into the machine cause I was too slow trying to grab it back and they called me first thing in the morn. to let me know they had it. They are always so nice about everything! Highly recommend this bank! Especially the Middleborough and Plymouth locations!! 😃😃

Wouldn't allow me to put negative stars, which is what this company deserves. Poor customer service loyalty from this bank. 36 years of banking with them, for what? I've been telling my husband for years to leave this poor excuse of a banking institution. Thankful he's finally listening to me. Good luck staying in business with your work ethic.

I love small banking. This bank is perfect. It serves all my needs and I live in Arizona now. All issues have been taken care of even at 3000 miles away. I am keeping my lovely small bank. I have had since 2009.
