      I am really impressed by this MACU branch, and have had very positive experiences since I’ve started going here several months ago. In the past six months, I have had the pleasure of working with Brandon in a few different situations regarding my personal finances. Brandon is kind, knowledgeable, consistent, professional, helpful, and very prompt to find the best fit for your needs. My experience has been excellent and incredibly beneficial. I am grateful for the ways that working with Brandon has improved my experience as a client with MACU! I highly recommend going to this branch for any of your banking needs, they’re the best!

      Beautiful branch but poor customer service. The teller that said she was going to help me never showed up, she had me waiting for almost 15 minutes. I could hear her chit chatting in their break room.
