  Recently financed a loan through this branch and have had nothing but problems with it since. Everything was approved 6 weeks ago and I'm still unable to register my vehicle do to their end being unable to process our paperwork. Customer service has been horrendous with helping us and everytime we call they tell us the opposite of what they told us the previous call. Our loan officer hasn't responded to our emails and probably wouldn't be of any assistance if she did. I have loved banking here but will never recommend to anyone again.

  Loans take time and can be tricky. I worked with Jordan on a loan and she was able to figure out how to make the loan work for me and the process worked really well and was fast. Thank you!
