I always feel welcome when I walk into MACU! Other credit unions don't really want me to make deposits. It's always over their limit and need someone else to look at it even if there is 10 times the amount in my account. MACU always has the friendliest people!!

I loved Mountain America credit Union until they took $2800 of my money and still haven’t refunded me. I just get the constant will get back to you. Today I filed a complaint with the FTC so I’m hoping I will get my money back soon. I bought some furniture which I didn’t get and the company refunded me back onto my debit card. The debit cards tied to my checking account but I never got it even though the company has provided proof they sent it. It is so weird
