      I believe her name was Julie if I’m not mistaken. I needed to pull out money, specifically $600.00 the ATM only had a limit of $500.00 per day, I confused it with a transaction at a time. I did receive the receipt but not the money. I hung around 15 minutes until their lobby opened. I let them know I never received my $100.00 and Julie was soooo kind and understanding and took care of the matter immediately. I was so appreciative and grateful with the customer service !
