      BEWARE!!! I strongly advise everyone to not use this company! Mike chose to not give us the best service possible because he was more concerned about the sellers of the property. Why? Because he represents the sellers and manages their rental properties. This is called a conflict of interest. He chose to not give us (the buyers) information because he didn’t want to lose the sellers rental properties! Once he was called out on it he proceeded to get very defensive and blamed us for everything. Don’t let the shiny plaques he has behind his desk that he likes to beat his chest about fool you all he cares about is himself.

      Sellers ultimately sold the property in a batch of 3 other properties. The Buyer did not get the home they wanted because they could not offer enough money. I advocated and promoted their best interests at all times. Their offer was ultimately just too low to win out in a multiple offer situation. I am sorry they did not get the home, but they always knew the relationship I had with the sellers managing their other properties previously. That disclosed relationship was why I was able to show it to them before it hit the market. Ultimately another agent sold the property so there was clearly no conflict of interest, I represented no one else in the transaction nor in any real estate sale involving those sellers. The buyer did have an opportunity on a counter to get the property before the competing offer blew theirs out of the water, but they decided not to pursue it fast enough.
