  In applying for a mortgage, there are a lot of things that can happen. All sorts of ways it can go wrong. Brogan and his team will do the best to make sure that does not happen. Its amazing what sort of magic tricks they can pull out of their hat in order to get you a mortgage. There's some comfort to be had in being able to easily call them up and speak to someone directly on the phone during the process.Their responsiveness, and willingness to answer any and all (stupid even) questions is unparalleled. Having someone actively looking for the best rate and fit of a mortgage for you is something that you just cant get with one of the online lenders. Most of these bad reviews I've seen here are from angry people who couldn't get a loan. Sometimes people just don't have their finances in order to get a mortgage - that comes down to their own personal responsibility. You can't blame Patriot if no one will lend to your sub-300 credit score. The other bad review looks to be from someone who didn't happen to even have a loan application - just an angry tenant - that has nothing to do with Patriot Mortgage. All in all, I've gotten 2 home loans and a refinance through Patriot, and they have always treated me well, and ALWAYS found the best rate. You just can't do better than to have an actual agent working for you in this search. Save yourself the headache of finding a needle in a haystack, and leave it to Patriot to find you the best rate that's out there. Their resources are far greater than we can have as average citizens.

  In my professional career I had the opportunity to deal with many mortgage companies. Patriot Mortgage (Brogan) and their support team were superior to any others I have dealt with. I had some Veterans' issues and of those brokers I talked to, Brogan was the most informed and responsive. Here it is a few years later - I went back to them and received the same great treatment.

  The owner Brogram lied and lost us 4k on the purchase of our new home. Note: Ed Leroys review! Ed was the seller. We just noticed Ed has left a review as well. For months after selling our home we had to live in a camper because he lied to us about the purchase of our new home. Every week he would say to us it was a done deal and that we would be getting the keys...give him more money for something, then he would ignore us for days. Repeat, repeat! He was always extremely vague with us and barely ever returned our calls. The only reason we used his company to begin with is because we trusted him due to having a current lease by him at the time. And with that he also stole our money...Brogan is a crook and scum bag. He's a slum lord. We have now came to the end of our lease with the property we were leasing from him. He even kept our 7k Deposit that he promised to return to us after we decided not to re-sign our lease with him. We let him keep thousands of dollars in equipment THOUSANDS!!! He convinced us we could leave it, we just wanted to walk away and were happy to agree on getting our deposit back. Here we go again! No return calls! No 7k. We also upgraded his property by thousands. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!
