      I worked with Chris Blount and Jarod Williamson on my latest refinance. They were both very responsive to all my requests/questions. Jarod typically called me immediately after I sent him an email and was quick to follow up if he didn't have the answer immediately. Paperwork was the easiest I've ever had to do also. Most I was able to do myself online and anything I couldn't Jarod took care of for me. The only office visit I had to make was for signing the loan papers. I'll definitely use MM again.
