  Started a process to purchase a property here in Tennessee, was referred to Robby Wagner of Movement Mortgage, 106 Pinnacle Dr Unit 101 here in Johnson city. Mr. Wagner takes his time to respond to my Emails, text messages, and phone calls if he responded at all. Mr Wagner when ordering the appraisal sent the wrong report to the appraiser resulting in the appraisal coming back based on wrong information. It took my diligence and persistence and consultation with an attorney to get this issue resolved. The delay in the process put us into the government shut down of 35 days. Mr. Wagner has a habit of calling last minute Friday evenings demanding documents, but no follow up. Last Friday Mr. Robby Wagner Emailed me a request for more documents yet again. After sending them and not hearing from him by Monday mid morning 2/4/2019, I Emailed him at 11:35 on Tuesday 2/5/2019 after still not hearing from him. Here it is 2: PM 2/5/2019 and I have yet to hear from Mr. Wagner, I have also Emailed his market manager, the corporate office for Movement Mortgage, and also the CEO Mrs Casey. I have not received a response from anyone within Movement Mortgage. If you are looking for quality service and responsive customer service, good luck you won't find it here in Johnson City TN. Please note I had to give them 1 star to be able to post this review.... I really wanted to give them no stars for the zero responses I've gotten from them.

  My wife and I had the worst lending experience of our lives with Movement Mortgage and more specifically with this office. The only positive that came from working with Movement Mortgage was that we closed on time. Throughout the loan process it was continuously stressful because our loan estimates and paperwork were constantly wrong, the system for signing/approving things was horrific, and 2 weeks before closing we got hit with an interest rate continuation fee ($768) because our loan officer didn't lock us in through closing even though the closing date was known from the beginning of the loan process. We had lending offers from numerous other mortgage companies and my bet is any of them would have done a better job than Movement Mortgage. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to secure a loan.
