Location: 16861 Marsh Rd, Haslett. Also known as Bath branch. Close to M78/ W Saginaw Rd near I69 on-ramp. This location is larger than nearby Okemos branch. More convenient prkng. It's usually less busy. Normally just use the drive thru. Recently renovations to ATM area. Hope they didn't do away with the inside teller stations. Will update next time I visit.

The hands down worst, least knowledgeable, least helpful bank I have ever worked with. They charge fees to you account after making multiple withdrawals for mortgage payments out of the wrong account. Then after reaching someone who can help the "fix" things only to have the same chain of events happen after three separate months of issues. On the forth call, making multiple changes to the account at the direction of the bank only to get charged more fees the next month. I would never have selected this bank for my mortgage regardless of their interest rates if I had know how terrible their customer service is.
