      Wouldn't go with any other hard money lender. If the deal makes sense they will fund it. Louis and Monica are very knowledgeable and will work with you if you need an extension. If you are looking at multiple lenders give them a call to compare loans and service.

      I have worked with Louis at Mustang Lending for the past 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say! Today I requested a draw on one of my properties and Louis and Monica flew in to take me out for lunch and personally hand me my draw check. I have never received such personal cared for attention from anywhere else, let alone a lending institution. Mustang Lending is the best and most trusted hard money lender there is.
