      Dr. Dylan and his staff gave my 8 month old and myself the best experience. I was really nervous taking my 8 month old for his first cleaning. From the moment we walked in the door, the front staff had the biggest smiles on their faces and made us feel welcome. The Dental Assistant (Ariel) had my son giggling when she first walked up to great us and bring him back. She was able to complete his cleaning in a timely manner, and the Dr. Dylan was able to complete the exam! My little guy has no cavities and help his dental visit with a smile on his face! Thank you to the entire staff for making this experience amazing!

      The doctor that my son saw was very unprofessional and told us we needed to get him into therapy because he was afraid of having someone holding him down while cleaning his teeth. He has seen the male doctor before but never this female doctor and she got upset that he was upset. My son is autistic and the fact that she told us he needed to get into therapy is not ok. She is a dentist for CHILDREN and was upset that he was afraid of her and the sounds? We will be finding another dentist due to this experience.

      Horrifying experience for my kid. Worst experience with a dentist ever. My kid had two teeth that needed root canals I was told the first appointment. Second appointment was an emergency when one of my kids cavity tooth chipped. The dentist decided that my son just needed them pulled and I believe one of them could of been saved by a root canal (I have the teeth). She was rude to her staff, to my kid and my husband. Overly rough, complete with eye rolling, unprofessional and did not explain the procedure. When my husband tried to console my sobbing/screaming son she was mean. DON'T EXPOSE YOUR KIDS TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. Go somewhere else. My kid was traumatized and in tears and I am angry if one of his teeth could of been saved instead of yanking it out of his head. They don't care about kids here in my experience.
