      Navy as a whole is definitely the worst bank I’ve ever experienced…for personal and business accounts. The business options for day to day business transactions are definitely stuck in the last century. Everything takes days to get handled, which makes the customer have to drive 20-30 minutes to the branch for help. Today I visited this location and the teller clearly hasn’t been trained on discretion. From her loudly confirming i’d like to withdraw $5k to her slapping the money down in front of me without envelope. I’m guessing my shocked facial expression made her ask if I’d like a envelope. Thank goodness I wasn’t robbed. Definitely closing all of my accounts here soon. It’s not for me or my company.
