      Such amazing and professional staff! I came in right before they closed due to traffic and they didn’t rush anything one bit! Still was treated as if I am valued. Thank you Navy Federal!

      Cons: Karin landeros greeted me upon my arrival and was very Rude. Consequently, I started to take my business elsewhere! I had a mask on, and she scolded me like I were a two years old while asking me to tighten my mask. I followed the rules and my mask was fitting on my face. She was overdoing her job and once she noticed she caused a scene, she gave me a sob story of knowing someone with Covid; no empathy for me, so miss me with your story! Naval Federal, please train your employees on how to treat all customers with fairness, dignity and most importantly-treat others the way you would like to be treated. Pros: Matella White noticed I was packing up to leave and stepped in and diffused the situation. After meeting with her, I decided to open a new account with this establishment. Employees like White is what’s is needed! She thoroughly explained the products/services, and was very helpful
