So I'm just gonna say that I only went in to get a money order. I don't actually qualify for any programs there or a bank account. However, the young lady behind the desk was very helpful and did everything she could to at least TRY to get my sister and I a money order but it didn't work out 🤣 It's fine though! Still had a great experience regardless.

All I wanted to do was open savings accounts for my grand children. Natasha was not knowledgeable or confident about these accounts and did not know what forms I needed to fill out. When I asked for a manager, Nikki shared she was the Manager only to find out later, she was the Sr. Member Representative. This was confirmed by Natasha. Because of my frustration, after being there from 2:30 till 3:44 pm and my raised voice, Jamani started hanging around itching to say something, so she did. She said she heard everything. She's good , as she waited on several clients while I was still trying to set up these account. Then I got a call next day, they still did not get it right. I need to see where I go from here.
