      I have been an NFCU member for almost 30 years. This is the friendliest branch I’ve ever visited. Very convenient location! Over all these years NFCU have always taken great care of my accounts they really know what military people and their families need. They were one of the first institutions that offered interest free “paycheck loans” when the congress started these Non-sensical “shut-down-the-government” budget showdowns. Really gave us peace of mind and didn’t make us feel embarrassed that we needed that kind of help. Thanks.

      The worst service by poorly trained people! They are extremely hard to communicate with either by phone, email, or chat. They unilaterally, without notice or consent, removed the mortgage co-signor from access to the loan statements and refuse to correct the mistake.

      Absolute worst credit union in the State. We opened an account there spet literally 3 hrs to do it inside the branch.. My husband and I have been married 20 plus years and now applying for a Auto loan. Run DO not use them. Horriable... Got better rate and service elsewhere
