Love banking with NBT! They are so friendly and helpful. They remember and address me by name whenever I am in the branch. The branch manager is very nice as well as the younger guy who is always there at the counter. The new app the bank just came out with is great. Highly recommend!

SEE UPDATE BELOW! Customer service is great, however a $35 charge if overdrawn less than $10 and have been charged 3 times in 5 months like this warrants a change of banks! I've paid $105 To be overdrawn less than $20!! I work too hard for my money to have my bank do this to me. Update once the manager came in on Monday he settled everything satisfactorily and I will continue to be a customer of NBT Bank because of the great customer service. However I will keep close watch on overdraft fees... UPDATE: During this pandemic the employees have provided stellar customer service, always a personal greeting by name with a smile, very helpful with whatever I need. The manager is caring and understanding during these tough financial times. Definitely NBT Bank in Williston has earned 5 stars for sure!
