      I bank online, because I thoroughly dislike banks, however, this credit union is truly a breath of fresh air. Every single employee at this location as always been incredibly pleasant, fast and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going into this institution.

      Anytime I have been in the lobby, I am greeted at the door and directed to the area to complete my business. I like that part of the Neighbors experience. All of their personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

      Daniel was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about available services that would be beneficial to me. He provided information about different types of bank accounts offered which would make me money. Keep up the great work Neighbors! Although the two employees at the front didn't say hello or goodbye/have a nice day when I entered and exited the building, Daniel made up for it. It would've been a 5 star experience otherwise.
