Tom was great from our first conversation to the closing table. We shopped around with other mortgage companies and Tom was the only one that discussed options for loans in detail and what would be best for my family. He even brought up questions/ things to consider that I never thought of. As much as I have going on in my life, it was nice knowing that Tom had my back. He explained everything so I can make the best decision. Unlike other loan officers that just said "yeah your pre-approved, happy house hunting", Tom went into detail. PLUS, neo home loans goes a step further with helping you achieve an attractive offer. (Which is vital for this crazy sellers market we are in 2022). Once I you get pre approved, they immediately start working on approval ( verification of income and so forth) so your financing is even stronger and stands out to sellers. AND Tom will call the sellers real estate agent (once you decide on a house) and explain your strong financing and the short closing window that is available! Communication was on point throughout the entire process and he was very easy to work with. This process was low stress with him and my real estate agent. This is my third time getting a mortgage; if I could go back and use Tom with Neo Home Loans for each time, I would! Just have one conversation with him and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I highly recommend using someone else to finance your home. Tom is rude and unprofessional. He missed multiple appointments because he had other meetings run late or he didn't hear his phone. Find someone else!
