      Ms Nettie is the best. Buying house in this pandemic wasn’t easy at all.       Nettie stepped in to a difficult situation. The Sutherland employee who I had contacted had, unfortunately, been quarantined and was unable to get back with me. Running out of time, I threw out a lifeline and Nettie grabbed ahold. She moved the process as rapidly as she could, kept me informed and part of the process at all times, and did all of this while presenting a calm, professional demeanor. I know that, had it not been for her, we might have lost the property to another buyer. I believe her interactions with the escrow people and my realtor were very good; I never heard a complaint from any of them regarding her performance. I would recommend Nettie Bird to anyone needing a loan set up and processed; she’s a star! Thanks again, Nettie!
