  Working with Andrea was absolutely amazing! The whole process was truly the easiest refinance we have ever gone through. Andrea and Alexis were easy to communicate with. They provided us with a very easy-to-follow to-do list of the required information. We signed documents without any interruptions to our workday. Sometimes I even forgot we were in the middle of the refinance until we received documents that needed signatures. The company that did the appraisal was very professional and courteous. Lastly, the closing was done in the comfort of our home and wrapped up quickly. I would suggest Andrea with New American Funding to anyone considering a refi or new home loan it was amazing and super easy. The result will be my dream kitchen!!   NewAmerican guided us through the whole home loan process from start to finish. Andrea didn’t assume we could just get pre-approved when we first called, she made sure that we were absolutely ready to get a home. With our situation it seemed hopeless in getting a home loan, but with this challenge she took it head on got us in a home sooner than we thought we’d be able to! We won’t even recommend trying anywhere else, this is our business partner for life. Andrea has earned Christmas cards for life! ☺️🤓😎
