I cannot say enough about Shara Brown at New Horizons Credit Union Semmes, AL location. She is very professional and informative. She went above and beyond for me to buy a car. The dealership I was using wasn't quick to respond on paperwork she needed. She continued to keep me informed of every process. She called them and requested the paperwork when they did not respond to emails. If you need a car loan please call her. She is amazing. Wonderful customer service. Thanks so much Shara for all you did for me. You made my experience with New Horizons great!!
