      There was an issue with my account.. Ach payments susan Wright is the rudest representative New horizons could have she did not even acknowledge my concerns . And amongst me recapping our conversation to make sure I understood correctly she hung up..Susan wright at the Lebanon location should not be in charge nor employeed she is rude and clearly miserable with her at home life to treat a customer that way who has done nothing to her. Run from this credit union!!!!!!
