      If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is completely unprofessional and sloppy. New Line Title handled the settlement of my first home purchase in April. First of all, they tried to tried to pull a bait and switch. Their initial estimate left out several fees that they slipped in to the final cost, making it seem like a great deal when they actually intended to rip me off. I also received no instructions from them on what to bring the settlement, how to pay what was due at signing, or how much was even going to be due at signing. The notary/representative they sent to signing was incredibly rude and tried to rush me through the paperwork telling me I didn't need to read it and just to sign it. He also spent the whole time trying to market himself to my realtor as a mortgage lender. Worst of all, they misspelled my first name on all of the documentation. I requested multiple times to have this corrected and received multiple assurances from the company that they would handle it. Then months later, I received the deed in the mail and it still has my name spelled wrong. This is completely unacceptable from a company who makes a fortune off making sure that paperwork is correct. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy.
