From the initial process of providing information and communicating what to expect, to constant follow-up and patience when we had questions, to communication between the various team members as the process continued, eliminated the possibility for any stress in the mortgage process for our new home.       Not a fan. Granted it was the height of the surge but Ron did not even show up to the closing. I regret the entire arrangement due to his lack of seeing it through or being around for any info at all
