      My wife and I have trusted Colleen at NFP to guide us through the health care insurance quagmire for years, including the change to Medicare. We trust her implicitly and have never been disappointed. Medicare plans seem to change every year - it's always something and we always go back to her.

      Cindy is the worst. My account is paid in full and timely and I get a nasty voicemail about being delinquent. When we spoke she would not let me place a word because she made assumptions I'm a deadbeat that doesn't pay her bills. I verified with the insurance carrier directly and I'm paid in full. Cindy is a waste of time and runs with assumptions she makes about people and doesn't allow them to prove to her she is wrong. Also, she will not update mailing addresses in the system, if you buy a house she will still send the mail to prior owners and not the current owner mortgage servicing company. She expects policyholders to build a relationship with the prior owners to get their mail forwarded. She makes assumptions on people and there is no place for common sense with her.

      We all hope that the need for a claim never arrises but what we really hope for is a successful response should an unfortunate circumstance happen to you. I have been with NFP (formerly Weber's) for 12 years and have always liked the courteous service and good rates with quality affiliates that are there when that time arrives. In my case it was a water leak with fairly extensive damage. NFP and Mutual of Enumclaw were there to help and a pleasure to work with in resolving every concern and restoring my home. Really great companies!!
