      I've been a customer for over 10 years, wonderful customer service at the Wheatfield location. The tellers are caring and always remember my name. Any questions or concerns have been addressed in a professional and timely manner~ no complaints!... And I'm a tough critic :)

      The teller, Samantha, is extremely rude. She’s always slamming on her keyboard when keying stuff in, popping her gum, rolling her eyes, laughing and talking about people. Checking her texts while in the middle of depositing my check, she messed up and had to change it because she wasn’t paying attention, her Apple Watch was more important. She is the rudest woman, for absolutely no reason, and one of the biggest reasons that I try not to frequent this location, and why I’m thinking of switching to another credit union. Not sure what her issue is, but it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.
