  I always go to the Tops Citizens Bank down the road because they’re so nice and patient and polite, but when I come to this one it’s the total opposite. I only come to this one when I absolutely have to. I’ve had multiple experiences of just rude workers or workers that don’t want to do anything and make you feel bad for even coming in. I’ve come in for my job to do deposits and the manager(I think) gave me attitude about how he hates doing them. this time I came in and I walked up and the worker said “can’t you go somewhere else with those? it’s my last day and I really don’t want to do that. please just go.” like seriously?! I had to tell him the other one was closed (for lunch I guess) and he did them but with attitude. I shouldn’t feel bad for coming in to have them do their job. I know it’s his last day but he did not have to take it out on me.

  Citizens bank is a good bank to deal with however this particular location is absolutely terrible. First off the atm never works properly, either you can not make a deposit or you can not with draw funds. Additionally the female manager of the bank is completely unprofessional. I visited the bank with my girlfriend who is a bit younger than myself and she had made an inappropriate comment to another bank employee about how disgusted she was with the relationship. I like the bank itself so I have since switched to the location in Tonawanda.
