  BANK OF AMERICA NORTH MILITARY ROAD is a safer location to do banking. I like the improved security measures put in place. E. G. Armed security to procect customers and employees. It’s not easy money for a criminal to get in and out of. THANKS B OF A for caring about customer safety.

  The worst bank I have ever been to, Actually there were some fraud activity in my personal bank account and I have to be there ASAP. The activity was from amazon digital with different ID, I google it and I knew that was a fraud as I have not been using any of this website. For yours and mine surprise the guy in there, instead gave me a number and ask me to call for amazon to make sure and ask them to cancel? Is he even serious, he is not supposed to be in Bank of America customer handling as he is not experienced he don’t even claim that dispute, but he said he did. I was so unsatisfied that I called the customer service number the next day and asked if there was a claim we made from bank then they said no. I have to put the dispute from the call. I don’t recommend this bank to any people. The worst experience ever.
