  It was truly a pleasure working with you to structure financing for another home in Southwest Florida. We approached you with a challenge. You made time from your personal schedule during a weekend to speak with us. You asked questions and effectively listened to our needs. After assessing our situation, you recommended we contact another company that you believed would be in a better position to meet our needs. You made this recommendation knowing this is going to be lost revenue to you and your employer. We feel that this really demonstrated your integrity, placing the importance of doing “right” over all else. After discussions with this other company, we decided that they would not be able to meet our needs. Consequently, you prepared the home loan for us that we accepted in the end.
