I was referred to Joe by my realtor. I have to admit I was expecting Joe to be a salesman and nothing more. I am really glad I was wrong. Joe spent a lot of time answering a lot of questions and running budget spreadsheets based on multiple Scenarios. Joe always answered the phone when I called, was never too busy to help me figure out the numbers to fit my topic of the day. At the end I felt like Joe was a cool Uncle that gave me solid advice. I would recommend him to anyone.
