      Banking in the stone age! These guys are a joke. We have an RV loan through them. They have one website for viewing loan details, and then another website, with a separate login and password, for making payments. Ridiculous. Then we get a letter in the mail asking for insurance information, with options to mail, fax or email it in, so I email that over. We gave the insurance info to the dealer when we bought it, but they need it again. Fine. A couple of weeks pass and we get another letter requesting "evidence" of insurance and saying they haven't received it yet. The only problem is the first letter never requested "evidence", it just wanted policy number, etc. Despite the first letter having address and email options, the second letter does not have any instructions on where to sent the evidence, and only a fax number is listed at the bottom. Who uses fax? This bank is in serious need of modernization. It's inexcusable how disorganized and difficult it is to do routine business with them. Way too many hoops to jump through. It is not 1998 anymore, it should not be this hard. Edit: We want to pay our loan off and be done with North Shore, but guess what? They'll only take payments of up to $4,000 online. You need to mail a check or visit a branch to make a larger payment than that. The rest of us might be living in 2021, but I think North Shore Bank is still rocking the MC Hammer pants because their systems are straight out of 1991.
