      We recently went to the Credit Union for a car loan. I found Joyce the person who helped us very nice ,knowledgeable and helpful. We completed the application in the office and had the vehicle in one week without a problem. We were treated with respect and courtesy. I would recommend the credit union if you are going for a loan. My husband goes there often and has good experiences also. Treat people the way you want to be treated. You can catch more bees with honey rather than with vinegar.

      I give them three stars, because Joyce is so nice and knowledgeable. She's very helpful and patient with the customers, (Can we clone Joyce). However, I agree with the others. The tellers are not so friendly or nice, they always act like it's a bother. I hope and wish they extend their hours at least one night with this new merger.

      NEAFCU has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the rude tellers to the incompetent people on the phones. It often takes 3 or more phone calls to resolve a situation because they have no idea what they are doing. They are indifferent, offensive and rude. I despise them and have pulled all my direct deposit with the exception of a small amount I keep for vacations. So many other wonderful credit unions out there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
