      Don’t use. They are not willing to work with you on anything. My grandmother 86 thought her loan payments were coming out. They said they sent her “notifications “ of that. Which she never received. So, they repossessed it. The ONLY way she could get it was to pay the WHOLE AMOUNT SHE OWED ON THE CAR. Thankfully she had the money. Which disappointed a man named Keith very much. He came at us with a horrible attitude and then accused us of having one and if we didn’t change our tones he would disconnect. Someone who had on time payments her whole loan. Disgusting. Unprofessional. Never take a loan if offered by this company.
