      My favorite bank they are dependable at northwest I wouldn't ever change my bank and I really like the 26th st location.

      Very unfortunate that banks can’t be trusted anymore. Not sure if it’s the people who work for them or just in general Northwest Savings Bank. Not specific to this location but this bank is very unprofessional. They find ways to make sure you can’t cancel your account with them. Then when it comes to customer service they’re useless. Sad to say but I’d rather give my money to a homeless person to hold on to. I trust them more. Disappointed.

      Love Northwest but this branch has poor management because they are always understaffed resulting in long lines and waits. New management is needed!
