      Employees know nothing about their own policies. Was told three different things from three different workers about their overdraft conditions. Ridiculous.

      I sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes yesterday. I was the second person who pulled up, I was there before they even switched to open. As the drive thru filled up with cars I ended up calling inside to see what was going on. Two tellers and a lobby full of customers as well as a drive thru full of customers. I get places are short staffed right now; but to leave customers sit like that when they have other places to be is unacceptable. Two tellers=one in the lobby, one at the drive thru..or close the drive thru down. You cannot allow that to happen, you will lose business. Will not be going to this location again.

      After 27 years with this bank I am leaving. After 15 years on estatements they charge me $3 for a paper statement that I never requested and I had to re enroll in estatements. And they won't refund the $3 for the statement I never received or asked for.
