  I went in and got myself a guitar but it didn’t have whammy bar and I asked if they possibly had one but the owner was not certain if he did or not. He told me that they uselessly came with the guitar. But as I was getting ready to leave the store he had got my attention as I was walking out the door and handed me one. No extra charge for it. They were super respectful and I definitely plan on coming back again in the future. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a guitar and want one now and not have to special order something. Amazing people like I said. The owner should feel proud of himself

  I have pawned many items throughout my life in 4 different states and they all had the same 90 day agreement which was always explained to me whenever I pawned an item. However this pawnshop goes by a 30day agreement and if you do not pay on your interest than you lose your item. This was just now told to me after I've already lost my expensive Xbox, expensive headset, and the newest Xbox controller. While speaking on the phone with one of the employees i received rude treatment like I should have know this. This information should be shared at the desk at the time of the pawn agreement which was not. Also why wouldn't you give the person a call or send them a piece of mail stating that your item is about to be defaulted on like almost every other pawn shop does. This has by far been my worse experience in history and after this I will never be back nor will I encourage anyone to do business here.
