I was extremely hesitant about leaving a review because I know the people you start with are not the people you end with, however I can not hold back on reviewing the company as a whole! From my loan processor, the loan processing manager, and all the way down to everyone who had a helping hand in obtaining my mortgage was great, but listen when I tell you this; I closed on the house almost two months ago and I have received NOTHING regarding payment, loan info or ANYTHING. I am now into the new year and the payment is due and for THREE WEEKS I have tried to contact this company and all I get is "Someone who will take down my information for them to give me a call back" If this is what you have to look forward to then I suggest you look ELSEWHERE!
