  First off I don’t know why this place has bad reviews it must be disgruntled employees because everybody here is very nice the all women team that I encountered today were very cheerful very kind and very professional I opened a new account here today came from Wells Fargo tired of being hacked it seems Wells Fargo‘s security isn’t very tight as I’m always getting hacked by them so came here and opened a new account and everybody was super friendly super nice and the process was super easy even helped me download the app and now they’re getting ZELLE which is great I recommend this bank to anyone looking for a smaller bank that’s not part of the conglomerate chain

  The customer service at this location is horrible! I have several prosperity accounts (one of which I have had at home branch location for 30 years) and today was rudely told by a teller that manager was busy without even turning her head (from the drive through) to see what manager was doing! The manager Karen El Haj proceeded to explain that overdraft should be used for “incidental “ charges. What she really meant was instead of doing a one time overdraft you should do multiple as needed to the bank makes the fee on several charges instead of one! Stay away from this location! I might also add they made me sit 20 minutes in a chair to speak to Karen with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE BANK at 0900 right after they opened!
