      After months and months of dealing with terrible mismanagement of our account by NRL, my husband and I have come to the conclusion that NRL's acronym should actually include one more letter. NLRL (Nation's LEAST Reliable Lending) would paint a far more accurate picture of the services this company provides. Our escrow has been miscalculated again and again, and insurance policies we have had in place throughout our loan have been overlooked or neglected, resulting in a significantly higher monthly mortgage rate and a tremendous loss of time as we have worked with numerous people at NRL who don't seem to know what is going on with our account. I have never written a review of less than five stars (and it brings me no pleasure to compose this one-star review). I try to write reviews only when I can offer glowing words of recommendation. However, after enduring months and months of account mismanagement by NRL, I feel that others should be warned to avoid this company at all costs. My husband and I are perplexed by the fact that we have received the absolute worst customer service ever on the most expensive purchase of our lives, our home. What a sad situation this truly is...
