      You work VERY hard to make the process as painless and efficient as possible. Keith was so gracious and answered every question with great patience in repeatedly explaining the processes and procedures. Keith was very punctual with his timing and in returned phone calls immediately. We live in Oregon and are moving to Texas. Keith answered our calls, which were late for us, so it was really late for him (sorry Keith). The greatest part of working with NRL Mortgage is the hospitality.
