New to the area, wanted a Credit Union to bank with. We found United Texas SA. Very friendly, easy to set up account. Looking forward to many years of banking. You definitely don't feel like a number. Would have rated a 5 Star if we'd of been able to get Debit cards right away, took about a week, same for checks. But all doable. Update Sept 2021 4 years later We continue doing business with United Texas Credit Union due to their friendly staff! Not a big fan of the lobby remodel or that they are no longer open on Saturdays. But the staff makes up for some of the short comings. Never had any type of banking issue and that please us greatly. Thanks to the staff for always being pleasant and smiling!

Recently relocated to TX from IL. Chose this CU as close to my new home. EVERYONE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY and patient as could be with this ol senior! Made this stressful time SO much better!
