      Super unhappy with customer service support from Megan. She was actually just promoted to a CSC3. Unwise. Super unhappy with accessibility on us bank mobile app and communication between branches. My mobile deposit has been off since April 2021.

      I left a review maybe a month ago. Mobile Deposit still inactive on my mobile app & manager at the Safeway location told me she would look into it & that was 4 weeks ago. Mobile deposit has been deactivated since April 2021 Absolutely Disgusted.
