  Wanted to say Thank you to Paul! From the first time I went in to talk about a loan until I finalized it Paul was very helpful and patient with me and the dealership I got my car from. I have already recommended a couple people to go in and talk to him if they ever need loan advice. 10/10 for me, and again thank you for helping me get my dream car!!!

  Everytime I'm come to this branch the employees are very nice, however they are extremely accident prone. Opened a business account, they claimed to have ordered debit cards and checks, a month goes by, nothing. We go to the Huntington Beach branch and they said the cards were never ordered. The HB branch order my checks and cards. One of the cards got lost in transit, my wife visited the Fountain Valley branch needing to order her debit card, and they decided to cancel my debit card, the only one we had, now we don't have access to our money. I write this whilst standing in the Huntington Beach branch while they fix this issue. I love NuVision, but I hate the FV branch. Chose any one but this one. Huntington and Costa Mesa are the best.
