      I have very best experience with Oceans Lending. I recommend to all to go head for loan process with Michael Rinaudo. He is really awesome. I was living in New Jersey and I bought property in South Carolina. It's extremely tough for me to get the loan but he did everything successfully for me and I got a loan and bought a beautiful property just because of him otherwise my dream couldn't becomes true. He is very quick to give me response of my emails and loan company's email. He did very hard work for me, I really appreciate him. I don't have words for him. He have a lots of knowledge of property loan. I am giving 5 out of 5 start for you Michael.       Wow this was the best financing or refinancing experience i ever had. The whole process was quick, painless and i was kept informed every step of the way. I tried refinancing through my current mortgage company and after 3 1/2 months and no settlement date in site i called Oceans. They settled me in 18 days. I know not every refi goes this smooth or quick but i could not be happier thanks to Hien and Jonathan at Oceans Lending.
